Job summary

Nord Anglia Education is recruiting an HR Officer to join Etqan Global Academy in Doha, Qatar, to support HR operations across the school. You will maintain accurate records, prepare contracts and amendments, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, manage visa documentation, support end-to-end recruitment, payroll inputs, and benefits, and provide day-to-day employee relations support to school leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years HR experience, ideally within education or a similarly regulated sector.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and employment practices (Qatar experience preferred).
• Experience with payroll processes and HR data systems.
• Well organised, with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator, comfortable working with school leadership.

Responsibilities

• Preparing monthly payroll inputs in collaboration with Finance, and administering employee benefits.
• Providing day-to-day, low-level employee relations support to staff, escalating complex or sensitive matters to the HR Manager.

We are looking for someone to support HR operations across the school, contributing to a structured, compliant, and efficient HR function that supports school leadership and staff wellbeing.

The Role

We seek an individual to join as an HR Officer where your focus will be:

• Contributing to the day-to-day delivery of HR operations across the school
