Job summary

The St. Regis West Bay, Doha is seeking an entry level management position focused on supporting day-to-day activities in Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club and Laundry where applicable.

The role directs and works with employees to clean and maintain guestrooms and public space, conducts inspections, and ensures guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. This position collaborates with Engineering and Front Desk teams to uphold service standards and operate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, plus 2 years experience in housekeeping or related area.
• Alternatively, a 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees housekeeping operations and budgets.
• Ensures OSHA regulations are up to date.
• Supervises daily shift operations and inspections of guestrooms and public spaces.
• Manages payroll administration and staffing levels.
• Maintains guest satisfaction by addressing problems and ensuring service standards.
