Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive housekeeping experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and hygiene standards.
• Experience in managing large teams in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, inventory, linen, uniforms, and cleaning supplies effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.

Responsibilities

• The Housekeeping Manager is responsible to manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas, as well as the laundry and dry-cleaning operation (hotel linen, uniforms and guest laundry).
