Job summary

Andaz Doha is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team, ensuring spotless guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces in line with Hyatt standards.

You will oversee cleaning procedures, inventory control, budget management and staff development, delivering Moments of More through exceptional cleanliness and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive housekeeping experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Experience in managing large hotel housekeeping teams.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and team development skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, inventory, linen, uniforms and supplies.
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle guest concerns professionally.

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible to manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas, as well as the laundry and dry-cleaning operation (hotel linen, uniforms and guest laundry).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive housekeeping experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and hygiene standards.
• Experience in managing large teams in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, inventory, linen, uniforms, and cleaning supplies effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
