Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Doha is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Associate to join our luxury team. You will stock, clean, and maintain guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards.

The role requires flexibility, weekend and holiday availability, and the ability to stand for long periods. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential to deliver the world-class Five Diamond experience we promise our guests.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in a luxury hotel in Housekeeping.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Must have full flexibility in schedule.
• Able to work weekends, holidays and daytime.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Housekeeping Pantries are adequately stocked with linen/supplies and cleaned daily.
• Ensure all garbage is segregated as per the Green policy and removed from Housekeeping pantries.
• Ensure all guest requests and room requests are delivered on time.
• Ensure walkways and corridors are cleaned daily.
• Remove soiled linen from all pantries to Laundry.
• Support Housekeeping team in tasks including high level dusting and outdoor window cleaning.
• Maintain Housekeeping stores daily and manage inventories.
• Update Housekeeping management on stock to initiate reorders.
• Keep Storage areas clean and tidy at all times.
• Assist to reduce wastage of supplies and amenities.
• Be informed of basic hotel information to assist guests.
• Operate cleaning machinery efficiently to Four Seasons standards.
• Report damages or maintenance needs to Housekeeping.
• Report items found in check-out units to Security and Housekeeping.
• Dress in issued uniform and maintain neat appearance.

JobDescription:

• Ensure all Housekeeping Pantries are adequately stocked with linen/Supplieson a daily basisand cleanedon a daily basis.This includes the toilets as well as the storage area.

• Ensureall garbage is segregated as per theGreenpolicy of the Lodge and are removed fromHousekeepingpantries and storedon a daily basis

• Ensureall Guest requests as well as room requests (including Extra Bed/ Extra linen) are delivered on time. All guest requests to be met as per Standard training Manuel of theHotel.

• Ensure all walkways are cleanedon a daily basisincluding the guest corridors

• Ensure soiled linen from all Pantries are removed and sent to Laundry

• Support Housekeeping team in completing their tasks, including helping them to complete high level dusting, Cleaning of outdoor windows of the guest rooms.

• Maintain the Housekeeping stores on a daily basis by stocking the supplies, cleaning thestoresandensureinventories of the supplies are maintained.

• To updateHousekeepingmanagement on stock of supplies so that reorders for items can beinitiatedby the Housekeeping Management.

• Ensure the Housekeeping Storage areas are kept in a clean and tidy condition at all times.

• Assistto reduce wastage of supplies and amenities by proper handling,usageand storage.

• Be well informed of basicHotelinformationin order toassistany guest when enquired.

• Be able to operate the cleaning machinery in a most efficient manner for quality finish as per Four Seasons standards.

• Report any damages or repairs and maintenance neededtoHousekeeping.

• Report any items found in check-out units to Security and Housekeeping.

• Dress intheissued uniform and ensures a neat, clean, and tidy appearance at all times.
