Hilton Doha is seeking an Assistant Gym Manager to help oversee daily spa and fitness operations, delivering memorable guest experiences that reflect our hospitality ethos. Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a sincere, friendly welcome.
• Assist guests in needs & safety related to the pool and fitness area.
• Provide tours of the Spa, pool, and fitness facilities.
• Respond to guest requests, comments, and concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of pool & fitness area including towels and equipment.
• Deep cleaning when requested.
• Instruct and direct guests in correct usage of facilities and equipment.
• Confirm guest registration prior to issuing hotel property.
• Follow health & safety procedures including sanitization.
• Monitor product inventory to minimize loss of hotel property.
• Raise maintenance issues via reporting system to supervisors.
• Monthly inventory counts of products, equipment, and towels.
• Cover reception desks when needed; assist with ordering lists weekly.
• Carry out fitness assessments, conduct programs and inductions.
• Ensure adequate coverage of pool, gym, and reception.
• Maintain cleanliness of reception, changing rooms, poolside and gym facilities.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Promote facilities to hotel residents and prospective members.
