Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth professionalism and personalized attention in line with Raffles and Fairmont luxury service standards
• Manage restaurant reservations seating arrangements and guest flow efficiently and accurately
• Escort guests to their tables while providing engaging and attentive service throughout the arrival experience
• Maintain thorough knowledge of restaurant offerings operating hours promotions and special events
• Coordinate closely with restaurant and culinary teams to ensure smooth and seamless dining operations
• Anticipate guest preferences and respond promptly to inquiries requests and special occasions
• Handle guest feedback and waiting lists professionally ensuring a positive and memorable experience
• Maintain cleanliness organization and presentation of the hostess stand and reception area
• Support daily administrative tasks including reservation management systems and guest communication
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism grooming and confidentiality at all times

What will you bring to this role?

• Previous experience in a Host / Hostess, Guest Relations, or Food & Beverage role, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and engaging personality
• Professional presentation and excellent guest service etiquette
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage reservations, guest flow, and special requests with attention to detail and composure
• Familiarity with reservation management systems and basic computer applications preferred
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and delivering personalized service
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are considered an advantage
• Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
