Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Graphic Designer to craft posters, menus, and promotional materials for hotel campaigns and events. You’ll design social media content and digital ads, ensuring all visuals align with Hilton’s brand identity.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, HR, F&B, and other departments to deliver creative solutions, manage multiple projects, and prepare assets for print and digital platforms, while bringing fresh ideas to strengthen the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging designs: posters, flyers, brochures, menus, and promotional materials for campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Support marketing campaigns: design social media content, digital ads, and other visual assets to promote services, offers, and events.
• Maintain brand standards: ensure designs follow Hilton brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Collaborate with departments: work with Marketing, HR, F&B, and others to understand design requirements and deliver solutions.
• Manage design projects: organize requests, prioritize tasks, and ensure artwork is completed on time.
• Edit and prepare artwork: retouch images, resize graphics, and prepare files for print and digital platforms.
• Support special projects: assist with creative needs for departmental initiatives and hotel events.
• Bring creative ideas: contribute fresh concepts to enhance branding and guest experience.
