Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or related field.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) is advantageous.
• 10 years of proven project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and align with stakeholders.
• Plan and manage timelines to prevent delays.
• Build and lead a project team; assign tasks.
• Monitor performance; identify risks; take corrective actions.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with the team.
• Communicate updates to management and stakeholders.
• Prepare status reports highlighting issues and priorities.
• Make timely adjustments to ensure project success.
• Coordinate with internal departments to follow processes.
• Ensure complete, accurate project documentation.
• Support supervisor with PM-related tasks.
