Job summary

Swan is seeking an experienced Head of Fixed Assets & Inventory to lead governance, inventory accounting, and financial controls within a healthcare environment in Qatar. The role requires deep IFRS knowledge, 15+ years of experience, and GCC exposure.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in supervisory roles in Fixed Assets & Inventory and hands-on experience with Oracle or SAP within hospital settings. Qatar RP validity is required.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA/CFA/MBA in Finance required.
• 15+ years of accounting experience.
• 5+ years supervisory experience in Fixed Assets & Inventory.
• 5+ years of accounting experience in hospital/healthcare sector.
• 5+ years accounting experience in the GCC.
• Strong experience with high-volume fixed assets and inventory using ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Sound knowledge of IFRS, asset reconciliation, depreciation, physical verification, and audit coordination.
• Valid Qatar RP / eligible Qatar employment arrangement.
