Job summary

Pigeon Engineering Projects, Trading & General Services in Lusail, Qatar seeks a Health & Safety Manager on a short-term contract. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering/science, 10+ years as a Safety Manager, and mandatory OHS qualifications.

International certifications (CMIOSH, CSP, CRSP) are required, with ISO 45001:2018 experience a plus. You will lead HSE systems, drive continual improvement, and ensure training compliance for a multinational workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as Safety Manager.
• Professional OHS qualification (mandatory).
• NEBOSH Diploma Level 6 / BSC Level 6 preferred.
• International certifications such as CMIOSH, CSP, CRSP (mandatory).
• ISO 45001:2018 certification and implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of continual improvement & HSE management systems.
• Relevant HSE training certificates required.
• Excellent communication skills with multinational workforce.
• Valid experience certificates mandatory.
