Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Information Technology, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
• MBA or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Shared Services strategies aligned with Gulf Helicopters Company's vision, mission, and objectives.
• Provide strategic advice to Executive Management on Shared Services matters.
• Establish departmental goals, KPIs, governance, and performance monitoring systems.
• Lead organizational transformation and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency.
• Oversee HR, IT, facilities, training, and corporate strategy planning functions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and governance standards across Shared Services.
