Job summary

Mekdam Holding Group is seeking a Head of Engineering (Piping – Process) with a strong background in mechanical engineering and over a decade of experience in oil & gas. The role requires leadership across piping design, process systems, and project execution, including oversight of contractors and international vendors.

The ideal candidate will have cryogenic piping design experience and a track record in onshore LNG facilities design, construction, and operation, with hands-on leadership in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Ten (10) years' experience in Engineering roles, including six (6) years in the Oil & Gas Industry, and including two (2) years' experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/sub-contractors/service/vendor personnel.
• Experience as Senior Piping Engineer at a supervisory level with a broad knowledge of engineering execution including design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, onshore LNG facilities design, construction and operations.
• Experience with cryogenic piping systems design.
• Extensive experience with Oil & Gas Companies, EPC Contractors, Subcontractors, Vendors, or service companies involved in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Experienced and competent in managing across all phases of project execution including start up and handover and managing technical issues.
