Advanced Search Group seeks a Head of Logistics (Infrastructures) in Qatar to lead long-term maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of buildings and utility systems across major projects. The role ensures safety, compliance, and efficient operation within EPC-managed environments.

You will develop maintenance strategies, manage budgets, coordinate with EPC contractors, and drive asset management practices to support project delivery and infrastructure continuity.

Formación

• Ten years in a business-related function or discipline.
• Six years in Oil & Gas industry.
• Two years in a supervisory/oversight role or managing contractor personnel.
• Experience coordinating with EPC Contractors is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage long-term operation, maintenance, and performance of all building infrastructure and utility systems.
• Ensure reliability and availability of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, drainage, water supply, and building automation systems.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Conduct regular inspections and condition assessments of facilities and infrastructure assets.
• Identify infrastructure risks and develop mitigation and replacement plans.
• Identify and propose infrastructure upgrades, renovations, and capital projects.
• Maintain records of building assets, maintenance activities, and documentation.
• Oversee infrastructure operations ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient workplace.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regs, and company standards.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets for facilities and infrastructure.

Position Overview

The Head of Logistics (Infrastructures) is responsible for the long-term maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of company buildings, infrastructure systems, and office facilities, while ensuring assurance and compliance of EPC management of contractor infrastructures. The role ensures that all infrastructure, utilities, building services, and office facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Additionally, the position is responsible for developing and ensuring short, medium, and long-term maintenance plans aligned with company infrastructure continuity and development strategies.

Technical And Business Skills

Candidates should demonstrate knowledge and experience in:

• Building infrastructure systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, utilities).
• Facility maintenance and asset management practices.
• Health, safety, and environmental regulations.
