Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in managing infrastructure and IT Service Management.
• Experience in planning and maintaining infrastructure projects.
• Ability to monitor and manage infrastructure performance metrics.
• Knowledge of security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in English and Arabic.
