Job summary

People Dynamics is seeking a Head of Product (AI-Native) in Qatar to lead strategy, development, deployment, and adoption across AI-driven ventures. This hands-on leadership role bridges product vision with engineering execution while collaborating with founders, customers, and technical teams to bring AI-powered products to market.

You will own discovery, MVP to deployment, define success metrics, and drive scalable, secure, usable products for enterprise clients across multiple ventures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product engineering, SaaS, startups, or applied AI environments.
• Proven experience delivering products end-to-end, from ideation to launch and adoption.
• Strong technical understanding paired with product and business acumen.
• Experience working with enterprise or institutional customers is highly preferred.
• Ability to balance customer needs, commercial objectives, and product execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead product evaluation and selection, assessing market potential, scalability, and deployment readiness.
• Define product vision, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned with customer and business objectives.
• Drive products from discovery and MVP development through deployment and user adoption.
• Collaborate with founders, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and continuous improvement.
• Establish and refine product standards, frameworks, and best practices to accelerate execution across multiple ventures.
