Qualifications

• 8–10 years direct and relevant experience in change management or digital transformation.
• Experience in AI-enabled environments within large organizations is preferred.
• Knowledge of AI concepts, data privacy, and ethical use of AI in workforce changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement comprehensive Change Management strategies across technology, processes, and organizational structures.
• Utilize AI-assisted insights to monitor adoption, measure readiness, and tailor interventions.
• Develop learning strategies and training programs to ensure user readiness for AI-enabled systems.
• Collaborate with AI and Data teams to optimize communication, learning, and engagement strategies.
