You will oversee kitchen activities, train staff, manage costs and budgets, and develop creative dishes that attract diners while maintaining high quality standards.

Formación

• Experience as Head/Executive Chef in fine dining or hotel.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proven track record in cost control and budgeting.
• Creative menu planning and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP and health regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all kitchen operations in a fine dining setting.
