Job summary

As a Head Chef you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our kitchen in Al-Rayyan You will lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure the highest quality of food production and service Your creativity and expertise in creating delicious dishes will be crucial in maintaining our standards and satisfying our customers palates

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory ordering and budgeting for food supplies
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation
• Monitor food safety and sanitation practices to ensure compliance with regulations
• Work closely with management to develop new dishes or improve existing ones
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
• Stay updated on industry trends new ingredients and techniques to continuously improve menu offerings
• Handle customer complaints or concerns regarding food quality or service promptly

Requirements
