Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads and pastries, including doughs, fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating.
• Review Production sheet to understand variety of baked goods to be produced daily and maintain food safety logs.
• Check and ensure correct temperatures of kitchen appliances and food, and report issues to management.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
• Maintain uniform and personal appearance and protect company assets. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
