Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service preferred.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and manage queues.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive first impression through proper career wear, professional presentation and clean guest areas.
• Deliver consistent and attentive service supported by strong product knowledge.
• Follow the S.E.T. Principles: Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You.
• Provide prompt and warm greeting within 5 seconds at the front counter and drive-thru.
• Follow established procedures to maintain order accuracy.
• Work efficiently to meet speed-of-service targets and guest requirements.
• Follow the Always Fresh procedure to maintain freshness and accuracy of coffee and other products.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and complaints through appropriate service recovery.
• Listen carefully to guest concerns and apologize for unsatisfactory experiences when handling complaints.
