Accor's Ibis Doha hotel is seeking an enthusiastic hospitality professional to welcome guests, serve with warmth, and promote dining promotions with flair. You will be knowledgeable about the menu, allergens, and pairings, while delivering high standards and friendly, efficient service.

Formación

• Previous experience in Hotel or Restaurant is an advantage.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome all guests approaching the restaurant in accordance with the highest standards.
• Handle, Serve guests efficiently, with flair and courteous manner
• To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Food & Beverage as well as allergens on items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.
• Being a sales person by upselling Hotel promotions specially in F&B
• Assist other team members to achieve greatness and cleanliness for the over whole cluster
• To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.
• Handling all cashier duties as assigned
