Qatar Living is seeking a commercially aware Social Media Specialist to grow and strengthen our presence across digital platforms. You will lead publishing, optimization, and audience growth, using data and trends to inform content decisions.

The role requires collaborating with Content, Design, Marketing, and Commercial teams to drive performance and engagement across key channels in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in social media management, growth, or digital content roles.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and X algorithms and content behavior.
• Proven ability to grow engagement or audience performance on brand accounts.
• Experience using scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day publishing across multiple platforms.
• Understand posting schedules based on audience behavior and data.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely publishing.
• Optimize captions, hashtags, metadata, thumbnails, and post setup.
• Monitor platform trends and evolving user behavior.
• Identify opportunities to repurpose content across formats.
• Support testing of new content formats and publishing strategies.
• Benchmark competitors for growth insights.
• Monitor comments and audience sentiment across channels.
• Escalate reputational risks when required.
• Build a responsive and positive online presence.
