Job summary

Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North in Qatar is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to elevate the property's brand through compelling marketing visuals. You will design brochures, digital content, and promotional materials that align with our luxury branding and guest experience.

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand goals, capture and edit photography of facilities and events, and maintain a cohesive look across websites, emails, and social channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 2–3 years of graphic design experience, hospitality or tourism preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and knowledge of Sketch or Figma.
• Strong creative and visual concept development abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; time management to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging designs for brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, and other marketing materials that align with the property's branding and marketing goals.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and objectives to produce effective design solutions.
• Create visually appealing content for the property's website, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
• Capture high-quality images of the property's facilities, events, and amenities; edit and retouch photos to ensure they meet the standards.
• Ensure all design work adheres to the brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
• Prepare design files for print production, ensuring high-quality output and liaising with print vendors as needed.
• Regularly update and maintain a library of visual assets, including photos, icons, and templates.
• Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into the visual content.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and designs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in photography and photo editing is a plus.
• Understanding of the hospitality industry strategies is preferred.
