Job summary

Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North is seeking a Graphic Designer to create visually appealing content that enhances the property's brand image and promotes its services. You will design marketing materials, digital content, and visuals for brochures, social media, and the website.

The role requires collaboration with the marketing team, high-quality photography/editing, and a strong eye for brand-consistent design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), plus Sketch or Figma.
• Strong creative skills with the ability to develop unique concepts and visual solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to present ideas and designs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging designs for brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, and other marketing materials aligned with brand goals.

Graphic Designer

This position is responsible for creating visually appealing content that enhances the property's brand image and promotes its services. This role involves designing marketing materials, digital content, and other visual assets to support the hotel's marketing and promotional activities.

• Create engaging designs for brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, and other marketing materials that align with the property's branding and marketing goals.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and objectives to produce effective design solutions.
• Create visually appealing content for the property's website, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
• Capture high-quality images of the property's facilities, events, and amenities; edit and retouch photos to ensure they meet the standards.
• Ensure all design work adheres to the brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
• Prepare design files for print production, ensuring high-quality output and liaising with print vendors as needed.
• Regularly update and maintain a library of visual assets, including photos, icons, and templates.
• Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into the visual content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
