Job summary

Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North in Qatar is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to craft visually compelling content that strengthens our resort brand across brochures, social media, and digital campaigns.

You will collaborate with the marketing team, produce website visuals, edit photos, prepare print-ready files, and maintain a cohesive visual library. A strong portfolio and hospitality experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years graphic design experience, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and knowledge of Sketch or Figma.
• Strong creative skills with the ability to develop unique and compelling visual concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present ideas and designs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines across multiple projects.
• Proficiency in photography and photo editing is a plus.
• Understanding of hospitality industry strategies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging designs for brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand requirements, target audience, and objectives.
• Produce visuals for the property's website, email campaigns, and social channels.
• Capture high-quality images of facilities, events, and amenities and edit photos to standard.
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed for a consistent look across platforms.
• Prepare design files for print production and liaise with print vendors.
• Maintain a library of visual assets including photos, icons, and templates.
• Stay updated with design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas.
