Confidential Company is seeking a Test Commissioning Manager to lead testing and commissioning for smart city software platforms and field hardware deployments in Qatar. The role oversees internal testers and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will develop SIT/UAT/SAT plans, define acceptance criteria and manage risk, coordinating cross-functional teams across software, hardware and cloud components.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, computer science, electronics, IT or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in testing and commissioning, system integration or large-scale tech projects.
• Experience with smart city systems, IoT platforms or large enterprise software.
• Hands-on knowledge of software testing methodologies (SIT, UAT, regression, performance).
• Experience with field hardware commissioning and site deployments.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute test and commissioning strategies for smart city applications, platforms and site hardware.
• Plan system integration testing (SIT), UAT and SAT; define test plans, cases, procedures and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee team of testers and commissioning engineers; coordinate third-party vendors and system integrator.
• Prepare commissioning reports, test results, punch lists and sign-off documents; provide status updates to managers.
