Job summary

QNB Group in Doha, Qatar, seeks a dynamic professional to support the SVP, AVP and Manager Country Liaison in delivering country strategy and plans. The role acts as the main point of contact for the designated country, coordinating with Group Retail and Support divisions to resolve issues and drive performance.

As a key liaison, you will monitor SLAs, ensure best practices are implemented across regions, and maintain strong relationships with internal units to meet business goals and regulatory

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology (related field of study).
No years of experience required.

Responsibilities

Support SVP, AVP and Manager Country Liaison in delivering the Strategy/Plans by acting as the focal point for the designated country.
Proactively manage relationships with Retail Head and other functions to provide support and resolve queries.
Maintain a focal ‘one point of contact’ to the designated country to ensure timely and efficient support.
Monitor SLA/TAT performance and ensure adherence to policy and procedures.
Coordinate and liaise activities with Group Retail Businesses and Group Support to provide support to the designated country.

Education
