Qualifications

• Minimum four years' experience in a banking environment or consultancy firm.
• Experience with banking acquisitions from start to finish.
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR integration and synergy plans.
• Create KPIs for performance monitoring and quality measurement.
• Manage and coordinate integration projects with contractors and vendors.
• Monitor effectiveness and coordinate recruitment and manpower planning.
• Act as a key contact for all HR matters during the integration process.
