Job summary

Corvit Networks Trading and Services is seeking a skilled generator technician in Qatar to perform routine maintenance and inspections on generator sets, diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, and repair components per manufacturer specs. Load bank testing will be conducted with documented results.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's degree preferred and a CDES or equivalent certification.

• Repair and replace faulty components such as alternators, voltage regulators, fuel injectors, and control panels, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct load bank testing to verify genset capacity and performance under various load conditions, documenting results for record-keeping and analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in a relevant technical field is highly preferred.
• Holds certifications such as Certified Diesel Engine Specialist (CDES) or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
• Has 3-5 years of hands‑on experience specifically with generator set maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting in industrial or commercial settings.
• Demonstrates proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical service bulletins.
