ASMACS RECRUITMENT SERVICE WLL-QATAR seeks experienced General Maintenance Technicians for a prestigious VVIP residence in Oman. The role is full-time, on-site, with duties spanning preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems, plus confidential service to guests and residents.

Candidates should have at least seven years of maintenance experience in luxury properties, with strong knowledge across RAC, MSDBs, CCTV/Access Control, and CHW pumps.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of maintenance experience in luxury residences or high-profile properties.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Experience with CCTV, PA Systems, Access Control, ELV systems and fire alarm systems is required.
• Experience with CHW pumps, cooling towers, motors, rotating equipment, and pump alignment.
• Professional, flexible, and discreet with confidentiality constraints.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of residential buildings and utility systems.

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced General Maintenance Technicians to join a prestigious VVIP Residence in Oman. Full-time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth. Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of maintenance experience in luxury residences, palaces, embassies, hotels, stadiums, commercial buildings, facilities management, oil & gas facilities, or other high-profile properties. The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of the residence while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of residential buildings, utility systems, and associated facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance requirements before failures occur.
• Carry out repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, carpentry, and building systems.
• Maintain lighting systems, distribution boards, switches, sockets, and associated electrical equipment.
• Repair plumbing fixtures, water supply systems, drainage systems, pumps, and sanitary installations.
• Assist in the maintenance of HVAC systems including split units, VRF systems, FCUs, AHUs, ventilation systems, and associated controls.
• Perform maintenance on pumps, motors, and rotating equipment.
• Carry out furniture repairs, minor carpentry works, and maintenance of interior fixtures and fittings.
• Support maintenance of swimming pools, fountains, irrigation systems, outdoor lighting, gardens, and external facilities.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers when required.
• Follow all HSE, security, and access-control procedures.
• Maintain complete confidentiality regarding VVIP family activities, guests, and property information.

Required Specializations

• AC Technician TESDA NC III in Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Servicing (RAC) or equivalent. Minimum 7 years of experience. Strong knowledge of Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, CCUs, VRF Systems, and Central Plant Equipment. Experience in HVAC troubleshooting, brazing, compressor replacement, and preventive maintenance.
• Electrician TESDA NC III in Electrical Installation & Maintenance or equivalent. Minimum 7 years of experience. Knowledge of MCC Panels, DBs, SMDBs, UPS Systems, Generators, and LV Systems. Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance experience.
• Electronic Technician TESDA NC III in Electronics Products Assembly & Servicing or equivalent. Minimum 7 years of experience. Experience with CCTV, BMS, PA Systems, Access Control Systems, Sliding Gates, and ELV Systems.
• Fire Alarm Technician TESDA NC III in Electrical/Electronics Technology or Fire Detection Systems or equivalent. Minimum 7 years of experience. Experience in Addressable & Conventional Fire Alarm Systems, FM-200, Deluge Systems, Foam Systems, Fire Fighting Control Panels, Access Control Systems, UPS, and DC Systems.
• Mechanical Technician TESDA NC III in Mechanical Technology, Industrial Mechanics, or equivalent. Minimum 7 years of experience. Experience with CHW Pumps, Cooling Tower Gearboxes, Motors, Rotating Equipment, and Pump Alignment.
• Plumber TESDA NC III in Plumbing or equivalent. Minimum 7 years of experience. Experience in plumbing systems, sanitary installations, water supply networks, drainage systems, and PPR piping works.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary includes a minimum of 80 hours of fixed overtime per month based on a duty schedule of 10 hours per day (excluding breaks) and 6 days per week. Any overtime worked beyond the fixed 80 hours per month will be paid separately in accordance with company policy and applicable labor regulations.
