Job summary

Vistas Global seeks a Business Analyst with strong banking experience in Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) to support transformation and profitability initiatives.

The role analyzes FTP methodologies, pricing structures, funding curves, and RAROC, coordinating with Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Global Markets to drive performance improvements. Arabic & English fluency is required, with Qatar-based candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of banking experience in FTP, Treasury, ALM, Finance, Risk Analytics, or Performance Management.
• Strong understanding of Funds Transfer Pricing and balance sheet management.
• Knowledge of funding curves, liquidity pricing, profitability, RAROC, and capital management.
• Excellent reporting, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and enhance FTP methodologies, pricing structures, and profitability allocation.
• Review funding curves, liquidity premiums, behavioral assumptions, and transfer pricing models.
• Analyze product profitability and support RAROC and risk-adjusted performance assessments.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements for FTP enhancements.
• Support development of FTP governance, policies, procedures, and operating models.
• Coordinate with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Global Markets, Business, and Technology teams.
• Support implementation of FTP methodologies, reporting, dashboards, and system enhancements.
• Monitor FTP, profitability, liquidity, and RAROC performance and provide analytical insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and enhance FTP methodologies, pricing structures, and profitability allocation.
