Helitrope Ventures, a private family office in Doha, seeks a Public Markets Research Analyst to own research across US and global developed-market equities. You will work directly with the Principal with high visibility and no layers between analysis and investment decisions.

The role combines fundamental research with quantitative methods, including ETF/mutual fund due diligence, and requires institutional-grade process in a lean, fast-moving environment. Relocation to Doha is expected.

Formación

• 3 years of hands-on coverage of US-listed/global developed-market equities in a front-office public markets role.
• Experience building DCF and comps models from US GAAP/SEC filings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics/Business; Master’s a plus.
• Working knowledge of mutual funds, ETFs, hedge funds and manager due diligence.
• Advanced Excel; familiarity with Bloomberg/Capital IQ/FactSet.

Responsabilidades

• Research US-listed and global developed-market equities with live idea pipeline.
• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, comps, scenario analysis).
• Apply quantitative techniques (factor screening, backtesting, portfolio optimization).
• Evaluate third-party funds and hedge funds for exposure.
• Prepare investment notes and deliver findings to leadership.
