InterContinental Hotels Group is hiring a courteous driver to transport guests to airports and other destinations, ensuring safe handling of luggage and timely service. You will operate hotel vehicles, perform daily inspections, and maintain trip records with a focus on guest satisfaction.

The role requires a valid driving license, reliable time management, and strong English communication. Flexibility for shifts and holidays is essential to support our 24/7 guest service.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, courteous and timely transportation for guests to and from the airport and requested destinations.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage and ensure belongings are handled carefully.
• Operate cars, vans, and trucks in compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are clean, safe and operational.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and report defects promptly.
• Ensure vehicle documents and licenses are valid and up to date.
• Plan efficient routes to ensure punctual pickups and returns.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage and deliveries.
• Follow hotel policies and health & safety guidelines.
• Support the team with additional transportation duties as required.

• Provide safe, courteous, and timely transportation for guests to and from the airport and other requested destinations.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage and ensure belongings are handled carefully.
• Operate cars, vans, and trucks responsibly, ensuring full compliance with traffic laws and road safety regulations.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure all vehicles are clean, safe, and in excellent working condition.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and promptly report any defects or mechanical issues.
• Ensure all vehicle documents, registrations, and driving licenses are valid and up to date.
• Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure punctual pick-ups, drop-offs, and deliveries.
• Provide warm, courteous, and professional service, creating a positive experience for our guests.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, vehicle usage, and deliveries.
• Report any accidents, incidents, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow hotel policies, standard operating procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
• Support the team with additional transportation duties as required.
• Ensure no unauthorized person uses or travels in hotel vehicles.
• Assist the Bell Desk and Front Office operation during periods when no transportation duties are scheduled, as required. Follow hotel grooming, uniform, security, health and safety, and service standards.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Front Office Manager or management based on operational requirements.

What we need from you

• A valid driving license for the relevant vehicle category, including cars and/or trucks.
• Previous experience in a similar driving role, preferably within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Good communication skills in English.
• A strong commitment to safe driving, vehicle care, and exceptional guest service.
• A professional, reliable, and responsible approach, with excellent time management skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile to support our guests and colleagues.
