Job summary

Abroad Work is seeking a Freelance UX Designer for Al-Khor, Qatar. You will design intuitive experiences for digital products, conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and perform usability testing to ensure user satisfaction.

This part-time, project-based role offers flexible hours; experience is preferred but not required, and candidates local to Al-Khor or willing to commute are welcome. Accommodation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX design work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of front-end development and coding languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented correctly.
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and make necessary iterations to designs.
