Workato in Qatar is seeking a talented UX Designer (Malayalee) for a part-time role in Al-Rayyan. You will design user-friendly interfaces for our digital products, focusing on an intuitive and seamless user experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of UX design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch. English fluency, independence, and immediate availability are highly valued.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience as a UX Designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and process.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.
Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Ability to work part-time without accommodation.
Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our digital products
Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes and other visual assets
Test prototypes with users to gather feedback and insights
Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design
