Job summary

Work standard is seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. You will design user interfaces and experiences for our digital products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into intuitive solutions.

The contract role includes accommodation and visa sponsorship. You should have a strong portfolio, experience with user research, personas, flows, wireframes and prototypes, and proficiency with tools such as Adobe XD or Sketch, plus excellent

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
Portfolio showcasing previous UX design projects.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD or Sketch.
Experience conducting user research and testing.
Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and user requirements
Conduct user research and create personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
