Job summary

Al Ali Engineering Co. WLL in Doha, Qatar is seeking an Automotive Technician for a full-time, on-site role. You will perform routine vehicle inspections, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and complete repairs to keep fleet vehicles reliable and safe.

Daily tasks include oil changes, brake and suspension checks, maintaining service records, and following safety procedures. Strong reading of manuals and ability to suggest preventative maintenance will help reduce downtime.

Qualifications

Technical diploma or certificate in automotive technology or related field preferred.
Proven experience as automotive technician or mechanic, ideally in fleet or construction.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, service bulletins, and diagnostic reports.
Strong attention to detail and safety in a fast-paced workshop.
Basic computer skills for maintaining service logs; driver's license an advantage.

Responsibilities

Perform routine vehicle inspections and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
Carry out repairs and adjustments including oil changes and brake/suspension checks.
