Job summary

JobLeader in Doha, Qatar, seeks a Mechanic to maintain and repair our vehicles. You will diagnose faults with diagnostic equipment, identify worn parts, replace them, and test repairs to ensure fleet readiness.

You will also keep accurate work records and ensure tools and workshop areas are kept in proper order. The role requires the ability to work independently under limited supervision, adherence to safety guidelines, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and diagnose complex problems quickly.
• Experience using diagnostic tools.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Examining vehicles to diagnose faults using diagnostic equipment
• Identifying worn or damaged parts and replacing them with new ones
• Cleaning, lubricating, adjusting and repairing vehicles as necessary
• Testing repaired items before returning them to service
• Maintaining accurate records of work completed
• Ensuring that all tools and equipment used are kept in proper working order
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times
• Following instructions from supervisors as required
