Job summary

UCC Holding in Doha, Qatar, seeks a Financial Analyst to lead group consolidation, month-end close, and financial reporting across entities. You will analyze performance, support budgeting, and ensure accuracy of records in line with IFRS and internal controls.

The role requires 3–5 years in GL/consolidation, strong Excel and ERP skills (SAP preferred), and a finance or accounting degree with part-qualification ACCA or CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• Part-qualified ACCA or CA is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in GL, consolidation, or financial reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP knowledge; SAP is an advantage.
• Familiarity with group consolidation across entities.
• Knowledge of budgets, forecasting, and intercompany flows.

Responsibilities

• Assist with group financial consolidation and GL reconciliations across multiple entities.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and variance analysis.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Support consolidation activities for construction/EPC and trading subsidiaries.
• Assist with intercompany transactions and financial reconciliations.
• Analyse financial data and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards.
• Follow company HSE and IMS policies.
