Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks an experienced FF&E Specialist in Doha to coordinate furniture, fixtures and equipment from design development through procurement, manufacturing, delivery, installation and handover.

You will act as the technical coordinator among client, consultants, designers, manufacturers, suppliers, procurement and site teams to ensure compliance with design intent, budgets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• 5–10 years of FF&E/interior fit-out experience on commercial or hospitality projects.
• Experience with customized and catalogue furniture on various project types.
• Experience with technical submissions, shop drawings, samples, mock-ups and inspections.
• Experience coordinating international manufacturers; GCC/Qatar experience preferred.
• Professional certifications in interior design, furniture technology, procurement or PM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment scope from design to handover.
• Prepare technical submissions and shop drawings.
• Coordinate samples, mock-ups, factory inspections and logistics.
• Collaborate with client, consultants, manufacturers, and procurement.
• Support procurement, production, and installation activities.
• Oversee site installation and quality control; ensure compliance with standards.
