Job summary

ConFlip in Umm-Said, Qatar is seeking a Security Specialist to join our team and help safeguard personnel and assets. You will identify threats, assess risks, and implement preventive measures across facilities.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of security experience, knowledge of CCTV and access control, and strong communication skills to coordinate with departments and respond calmly to incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
• Proven ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
• Experience with security technology systems (CCTV, access control, etc.).
• Prior experience working in Qatar or knowledge of local laws/regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular security assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
• Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
• Monitor security systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Conduct investigations into security incidents and provide detailed reports of findings.
