Job summary

Qureos is seeking a Facilities Management Supervisor in Qatar to oversee electromechanical maintenance and lead technical teams ensuring safe operation of building systems. The role requires hands-on supervision of technicians, coordination of preventive and corrective work, and strict safety adherence.

Ideal candidates bring a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering background (or equivalent), 10+ years total experience, and strong leadership and bilingual English/Arabic communication skills.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred; or relevant technical qualification.
• For technical qualification holders, minimum 10 years total experience.
• 3 years experience within schools and kindergartens.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air-conditioning, and cooling systems.
• Previous supervisory experience on similar-sized projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Arabic and English bilingual capability required.
