Job summary

The Autograph Collection in Doha, a Marriott International brand, is seeking a full-time non-management associate in Food & Beverage to ensure optimum service and guest satisfaction. You will help staff work as a team and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, inventory, coaching employees, maintaining grooming, and protecting assets while delivering memorable experiences to guests.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff work together as a team to deliver optimum service.
• Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies.
• Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools.
• Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, coaching employees.
• Follow safety policies; report accidents and unsafe conditions; maintain confidentiality and protect assets.
