Job summary

Mondrian Doha is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage team members to assist across restaurants, bars and events. You will prepare tables, mise-en-place and service areas to brand standards before each shift, greet guests, take requests and ensure high-quality guest experiences during breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquets.

• Observe and practice proper handling of food, beverages, and equipment in line with hygiene standards.
• Support the team during events, themed nights, and special promotions.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm to learn and adapt to different areas within Food & Beverage.
• Provide feedback and share ideas for improving service and guest satisfaction.
