Job summary

ConFlip in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Optometrist to join our team and provide comprehensive eye care services, including eye exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans.

The role requires a Doctor of Optometry, at least 3 years of experience, and the ability to work independently; salary is 1000 QAR per month. The position emphasizes patient education, glasses and contact lens dispensing, and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry or equivalent degree from a recognized university or college.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Optometrist is preferred.
• Good knowledge of anatomy & physiology related to vision care is needed.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat and manage ocular diseases through comprehensive eye evaluations and examinations.
• Provide patient education on the diagnosis, treatment plans, and appropriate follow up care.
• Dispense glasses and contact lenses to patients.
• Monitor patient’s progress and document results.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards of practice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
