Job summary

University of Doha for Science and Technology in Doha, Qatar seeks an Application Specialist (ERP) to configure and support Campus Solutions, HCM and Finance ERP modules on site. You will work with stakeholders to ensure ERP operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with at least five years of relevant experience, strong English language skills and the ability to develop data processing solutions in alignment with UDST policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English required; Arabic language is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot Campus Solutions/HCM/Finance ERP modules.
• Analyze and document IT requirements aligned with UDST policies.
• Develop data processing solutions and ensure ERP data integrity.
• Ensure ITIL standards and data management policies are followed.
• Prepare reports and deliver training materials for UDST ERP system.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to resolve ERP issues.
