Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Own visa or ability to obtain one is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting tasks such as recording transactions, preparing balance sheets and financial statements
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely payments
• Handle bank reconciliations and assist with payroll processing
• Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports as required by law
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Communicate with clients/vendors regarding payment inquiries or discrepancies
