Job summary

Kingston Stanley is recruiting SAP Consultants to support enterprise transformation programmes across the Middle East, with Doha and Riyadh as primary delivery hubs.

Candidates should have 3–5 years hands-on SAP implementation experience, specialise in FI/CO or HCM/SuccessFactors, and bring strong client-facing skills and a track record in full lifecycle delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on SAP implementation experience.
• Specialisation in SAP Finance (FI/CO) or SAP HCM / SuccessFactors.
• Strong experience across the full implementation lifecycle — requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live & post-implementation support
• Practical SAP configuration experience — not purely PMO, governance or project management
• Experience with a recognised consulting firm or major in-house SAP transformation programme
• Strong client-facing, communication & stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
• SAP certification and experience across multiple implementations highly desirable

Responsibilities

We’re looking for:
