Job summary

Swan Global in Doha is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the engineering division across civil, MEP and utilities. You will oversee design reviews, submit technical documents, and secure approvals.

You will ensure compliance with Ashghal and Kahramaa, supervise mega infrastructure projects, and drive value engineering with BIM adoption. The role requires strong multi-disciplinary leadership and a track record on large-scale schemes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering management roles.
• Strong background in construction, infrastructure, and utilities projects.
• Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Previous involvement with Ashghal or similar regulatory/government authorities.
• Demonstrated track record of working on mega infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering division (civil, MEP, utilities).
• Oversee design reviews, technical submissions, and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with Ashghal, Kahramaa, and local authority regulations.
• Supervise mega infrastructure and utility projects from design to execution.
